To view the contents of your Shopping Bag:
View the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right hand corner of your page. From here, either continue shopping or click on 'Secure checkout' to purchase the contents of your Shopping Bag.
To change the number of products in your Shopping Bag:
If you change your mind and want to change the quantity of an item(s) already in your Shopping Bag, enter the desired quantity and click anywhere on the screen to automatically update the quantity of those items in your Shopping Bag.
To remove products from your Shopping Bag:
Click on the 'Delete' button (the cross symbol) in your Shopping Bag. Please be aware that as long as an item is still visible in your Shopping Bag, it has not been properly deleted.

An express delivery option is available in selected countries (Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Taif, Buraydah and Tabuk and Yanbu) that do not include customised products. The VAT is calculated according to tax regulations of the country of the online shop in which the order was submitted.
Swarovski accepts Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.
Please be aware that credit card companies may charge additional costs, usually based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad.
As of October 1, 2001, for the security of online credit card transactions, it is mandatory to enter a card security code (CVC2/CVV2) at the point of purchase. This number is neither stored on the card's magnetic strip nor printed on any payment receipts. With this code, Swarovski can confirm that the credit card is physically present with the paying customer, thereby ensuring that it is not being misused for fraudulent purposes.
For VISA and Mastercard holders, the security code is a three-digit number inscribed on the upper right corner of the signature panel on the back of the card, next to the repeated credit card number.
The 3D-Secure protocol is an additional security layer that further prevents credit card fraud for online payments. During the checkout process, customers with a 3D-Secure credit card are asked for an authorization password that is assigned by their issuing credit card company. With this additional authentication check, security is increased for the credit card holder and the Online Shop.
Please note it is possible to return products purchased on the Website through the Swarovski Boutique. Please follow the online return process and read our return policy before returning a parcel.
We offer a direct online return process. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 3 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). To return your order please proceed as follows:
1. Send an email to our quest relations office informing them on your return. Keep you order number close for reference.
2. Ensure you have all your return documentation ready.

5. After receiving the returned item(s) and Return Form, we will review and refund the corresponding amount.
If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be granted with eCredit note automatically valid for 90 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Swarovski purchase or gift for any reason, you have the right to return the products within 3 days from receipt of your order.
All products must be returned to us unused and with all Swarovski and designer tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 3 days of the date of purchase of your order, please refer to the below section for more information.
- We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- We require a valid proof of purchase. This can be the online invoice or store invoice/receipt.
- We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn.
- Goods on sale or promotion can not be refunded.
- Customized products cannot be replaced or returned.
- Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
- If we receive any return of defective items outside of our return policy, we will return such item back to you.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
We will bear the costs of the courier for returning the products only if you use or selected courier service provider, through your Account on the Website.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
For each order placed on our website, you can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your account and clicking on "my orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order.
Once your order has been dispatched from Swarovski warehouse you will receive an email confirmation confirming the dispatch.
Swarovski's delivery partners handles all shipments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery to your address: You will receive one gift bag for each item ordered. The gift bag(s) will be enclosed separately, so you can wrap the gift(s) yourself.
Delivery to a different address: All the items will be beautifully presented in a single gift bag. The package will include a delivery note, which also serves as a warranty, but no invoice.
